A Story That Crosses Continents

Born in the small Eastern European country of Georgia, Kate's upbringing spans three distinct cultures across the globe. Raised in Birmingham, England, she discovered her love for tennis at the age of seven, a passion that would shape her early life.

In pursuit of higher education and athletic excellence, Kate ventured to the USA, where she thrived as a collegiate student-athlete. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from St Edward's University, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Texas State University.

​

Kate's professional journey revolves around marketing, communications, writing, and project management. Her career has taken her to renowned organizations such as Wimbledon, Talent War Group, Keep Austin Beautiful, and the Lawn Tennis Association, where she combined her expertise with her passion for sports and building a community.

​Inspired by her experiences working at a university as a student, Kate transitioned into a higher education role after graduation, eager to support Texas State University's goal of becoming an R1 institution.

​

In her spare time, Kate continues to play tennis, studies jiu-jitsu, writes creatively, takes classes in legal studies, and practices portrait photography.

True to her spirit, storytelling — in all of its forms — continues to inspire her.
